Dale Moore This is the analogue counterpart to Aphelion, which was recorded using mainly digital instruments. This nicely showcases the two sides to Arcane's superb Tangerine Dream inspired music.

I really can't decide which I prefer: digital Arcane or analogue Arcane as they both hit the musical sweet spot.

All I know is, that when a new album comes out, I get very excited! Favorite track: Perihelion-1.

Jon Bertheussen Arcane (Paul Lawler) continues to amaze with another slab of quality Berlin School music. This release harkens all the way back to his Gather Darkness and Future Wreck albums and is the most analog sounding Arcane release for quite some time. If you are into Arcane or just good EM / Berlin School music this is a no-brainer. Favorite track: Perihelion-1.

honestly this album takes quite a bit of time and many listening rounds to actually "get into". No doubt it is technically excellent, with more advanced composition elements than earlier records, however it isn't that easily accessible either. Perhaps this is actually a strength as each time you will listen to there will be more details to discover. Martin Richter
